Called to Protect Information for 2011-2012

All adult volunteers (including coaches, home room parents, parents chaperoning field trips, etc) providing volunteer services in a school in the Diocese of Phoenix must have completed the "Called to Protect for Ministries" educational session. This session contains the basic foundational information upon which future trainings will build and are required annually. If you have not previously completed this Ministries session, please register for a scheduled Ministries class in advance to ensure space availability at

If an individual has previously attended the Called to Protect Ministries session then they have two "Called to Protect- annual renewal options:

You may attend "A Plan to Protect God's Children" 45-minute Video Educational session hosted by parishes and schools. To locate classes and register for these sessions, please log on to the Diocese of Phoenix Safe Environment website at http://safeenvironmenttraining.org/index.php.

The "A Plan to Protect God's Children" Online Educational Session is available on the Diocese of Phoenix Safe Environment website for volunteers to complete their 2010/2011 safe environment renewal. Simply go to www.safeenvironmenttraining.org and click on Online Renewal. The option is "A
Plan to Protect God's Children Online Video".

MHT will host Called to Protect "A Plan to Protect God's Children" sessions on September 10th, October 5th and November 5th. Online registration required in advance of session. Please contact the school office with any questions.
