CONSIDER CATHOLIC EDUCATION
What is the registration process?
All we need is your child's certified/original copy birth certificate, an original baptismal certificate and a current immunization record. Once you have filled out and turned in some registration requirement forms, your child will be screened for readiness.
- Preschool students must be 3 years old and fully potty trainied to be registered in our Preschool classroom. Children who are 4 years old prior to September 1st will be registered in our PreK classroom.
- Kindergartners must be five years-old before September 1st.
- First graders must be six years-old before September 1st.
- Students in first through eighth grades are required to submit their most current report card and standardized test scores. Possible contact with the previous school may be required.
- For grades sixth through eighth, an interview with the principal is required to be considered for admission (a letter of recommendation from the student's present principal or a letter of recommendation from a current teacher, and the student's most current report card/test scores are required for the interview). Most Holy Trinity Catholic School does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, national origin, age and/or physical handicap (as long as accommodation can be made for the student's benefit.)
Is tuition affordable?
Yes! We have one of the most reasonable tuition fee structure in the diocese. Tuition is paid on a ten-month basis. A discount is available if the annual tuition is paid in full. Our school tries to make Catholic education accessible. Please call the school office at 602-943-9058 regarding financial assistance.
