OUR MOST HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC SCHOOL FAMILY

Students at Most Holy Trinity Catholic School:

  • Have access to one of the largest libraries of any diocesan school, with all books tracked by an automated inventory system for quick retrieval.
  • Have an Outdoor Education Center that provides study areas, an outdoor classroom and gardens, where many kinds of flowers and vegetables grow under watchful eyes and eventually turn into a salad day for the classes.
  • Learn modern computer skills in an up-to-date computer lab, with education beginning in kindergarten and progressing steadily thereafter.
  • Sing songs, play instruments and study musical history in Music classes.
  • Stay active and enjoy one of the biggest play areas among diocesan schools, including newly installed shade awnings for the playground.
  • Take active roles in weekly school Masses, which are put on by classes on a rotating basis, including kindergarteners, who start Mass attendance after studying a saint and then dressing as that saint for the All Saints Day Mass.
  • Have access to a full-time Resource Teacher, who can provide individualized help for students with one or more areas of the curriculum.
  • Have a full-time registered nurse available, to dispense medications and take a close look at the occasional skinned knee.
  • Become bilingual, studying Spanish taught by an Interlingua instructor.
  • Enjoy a full selection of school sports, including flag football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball and cheerleading. In addition, Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops often meet on campus.

Parents of Most Holy Trinity students enjoy:

  • A cordial and ongoing relationship with Most Holy Trinity's pastor, teachers, and administrators, often seeing them on a daily basis.
  • The extended care available for preschool students as part of their program, as well as for regular students through the extended-care "Tiger's Den" which will provide supervision and activities for students from 7 a.m. until school starts, and after school until 6 p.m. .
  • The Parish Youth Center, which offers teens - including Most Holy Trinity Catholic School seventh- and eighth-graders - after-school and evening activities. The Youth Center's Holy Grounds coffee shop is a great place for parents to pick up a morning cup of coffee, or a cup of hot chocolate for their youngsters on cold mornings.
  • Choices for lunch, including hot lunches and salads catered by the Madison School District. Monthly menus allow families to plan which days they'll opt for the hot lunch, the salad, or to pack a lunch.
